Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Ensure cross-browser support.
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to the back-end
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Study assigned technical specifications
- Initiate development environment setup
- Check the environment is functioning correctly
- Determine ways to translate the technical specifications into executable code
- Develop executable code that meets quality standards, security, and performance guidelines
- Seek review periodically; Complete documentation as per the scope
- Perform code reviews to develop executable code that adheres to the technical/functional specifications.
Requirements:
- Mongodb’s basic understanding is a must.
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and LAMP Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
- Good understanding of JavaScript libraries and frameworks, including AJAX, jQuery, AngularJS, React JS, etc.
- Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / SVN
Qualification:
- BE/ BSc IT/ BCA/ MCA/ Msc IT/ BTech.
- A technology enthusiast with an ability to learn and adapt to different technologies
- CDAC certification preferred
